Yes, I did it all, I did it literally 15-20 times since I got an automatic message every time. Now I called infoline and they said the case is closed and they can't do anything since they are just a service department and I need to deal with the ofm. They are surprised at the fact that some of the money was returned to me and some was not given that everything was sent out together. They have already started making up fables that maybe someone at the dhl warehouse could have stolen some of the stuff and I need to write a police report. I told them the only people I could file a report on was their company. Since they originally claimed they got everything and no problems, but now they write such nonsense and literally ignore my facts and evidence.
