Instant Refund 09-28-2022, 08:50 PM

On several services, I saw that it is possible on some sites like amazon.de or .co.uk and etc., to get an instant refund, but looking thrue this forum there are no info about that.
So I assume either it is in VIP section, or its less possible with bigger amounts.
Can anyone knowing explain that a bit? As far as I understand, it is something about cancelling the order when it reaches your country (when shipped from other), then maybe a refund is instant and you still receive the item, while the carrier company still doesnt know about the cancellation and a return. Or am I wrong about this?
