Looks like insta360 support is quite bitchy about refunds... My operation may be at stake

Nothing, I've been looking up online on reddit and people complain about having to engage in a 20 mail chain of conversation just for them to reconsider

Well, so DHL delivered the package to an access point even though I didn't authorise it. I picked it up and I'm gonna claim PEB, gonna open the parcel from the back, take the camera out and then record a video opening it up...

Anyone here wanna share experiences with DHL?

So the total weight of the camera with the package is 623gr. Would it be too much to claim PEB? On DHL website says the package weighs 2kgs but in reality it's 1.6.

I don't know if to claim that only the camera was missing or the entire thing, can anyone help me?

Most likely an investigation. I believe this SE has a high % of failing.

So the items arrive tomorrow. I don't know if I should carefully peel the plastic and replace the camera with another thing or just say that the camera itself wasn't there, only the accessories, and that the parcel was not tampered with. What do you think it's best? Just remember the carrier is DHL...

Just told them that it was empty. No damage to the parcel. They will come back to me later today.

Was a bit busy at work. So they wanted to send me a replacement, but I just wrote them that I want a refund instead. So waiting for their reply…

Keep pushing them, act angry and frustrated. Worst case, can you send it back?? I think they had like 2 weeks return policy.

I have failed with two other items long ago and that’s when I just come up with weak excuse like “oh I have received it now, thanks for nothing” and send it back. Or you could dispute it through PayPal. Usually if you have enough evidence they will slide with you.
