Ignite - Alchemist (written by me) (ideas and other stuff needed) #1
So, I just finished writing this and I still need some ideas for chords, bass line and the solo.
Any ideas or constructive criticism is welcome and highly encouraged.
(my only inspiration: Rise Against, Dave Grohl and a lot of longboarding)
enjoy!

Spoiler: lyrics
Ignite - Alchemist
Verse:
just a speck of dust
a single raindrop in a storm

we’ll think ‘what are we here for?’
our existence is our plight

the past is now just history
tomorrow is a mystery
fact just melts to fiction

reality is what we bleed
so collect yourself and realize

Pre-chorus:
rock god or just some c-list kid
who nobody cares to listen to

we weren’t born for a sole reason
our own destinies we carve

you can walk a path among the lines
or you can just break free

Chorus:
let the music play
let the stars blaze bright tonight

what tomorrow brings
can’t be desolate yet, right?

when tomorrow comes
will we be ready to ignite

the torch and plunge
into the human race’s fight

Verse:
the only things impossible
are those that are left unfinished

face your challenges
and break the fucking wall

don’t fear the unknown
to you it’s nothing at all

Pre-chorus:
rock god or just some c-list kid
who nobody cares to listen to

we weren’t born for a sole reason
our own destinies we carve

you can walk a path among the lines
or you can just break free

Chrous:
let the music play
let the stars blaze bright tonight

what tomorrow brings
can’t be desolate yet, right?

when tomorrow comes
will we be ready to ignite

the torch and plunge
into the human race’s fight

Solo:
[instumental]

Chorus x2:
let the music play
let the stars blaze bright tonight

what tomorrow brings
can’t be desolate yet, right?

when tomorrow comes
will we be ready to ignite

the torch and plunge
into the human race’s fight
It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
