Just rewatched YLIA after watching it back in 2015/16 and what a masterpiece of an anime. I watched the last 10 minutes of episode 22 back to back four times and bawled my eyes out every time. I highly recommend this anime as the character development, the OST, the animation, the comedic interludes, the music, are all amongst the best I have ever seen.

That show hits you in the feels. I really enjoyed it when I watched it a couple years ago.
