Meh, not planning on selling it, just a learning curve. If I get it to a point where it has high demand I may sell it.

Use encrypted TCP traffic, I think aeonhack has a library out there for it with allot of videos on how to set it up, integrate some DDoS functions, and as Para said, don't worry about scantime fud, but runtime FUD will be a biggie, make sure the network traffic is spoofed to look legit, as some AV's scan network traffic.
