I am having some trouble with Notino at the moment whereby they are refusing to process a refund but only provide a replacement or a voucher. I am thinking if I accept the replacement and then return that I should then be entitled to a refund for the item? Does anyone know if this is how it works? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you

Quick update,

So the replacement is now on the way as there was no convincing them of a refund.

In terms of returning the replacement. I notice the fulfillment email has an order value of €0. If I return this order will there be no funds returned due to nil order value?

Would it be better to initiate the return on the original order and return the replacement item that way?

You can still return It.

They cannot Invoice the replacement, hence why the value Is set at zero.

Good morning,
This will be my very first SE.
I have an empty perfume bottle at home and am thinking of using the broken bottle method with water in it.
I even add the bottle personalization option with a little note for my brother "happy birthday little brother" to make it even more legit.

The site offers for 1€ more, an insurance in case of theft/loss of package but not to mention the damage... Is it worth it? It will just be necessary to provide adequate documents for it to work and they will ship a new package.

did you order and when it arrived you smashed your bottle and then send photos?
do they require to return the broken bottle?
and do you think you can broke the same perfume bottle but in a smaller size?

That's weird i have done notino like 6 times now and they always offerd me a refund in form of money or a replacement.

do you think is possible to use broken bottle method but I've got a smaller bottle that has similar aspect (of course I would take off the pieces where you can see the label with ml.)
