I need information about DHL insider

Hey, I'm having trouble finding information about DHL insider. This is what I know: I would order something from amazon.de , it would arrive at DHL packstation . A guy who has DHL insider logins, he would change tracking information that is Returned To Sender, then my order would be automatically canceled in amazon, I would then call/write to amazon and said that I changed my mind and that I don't want my order and I want to get a refund. I get a refund and then I go to the packstation and get my ordered package. Is that it? Or I missed something?

Why don’t you ask a guy who has contact to dhl insider? There is one or two I know.

Why don’t you ask a guy who has contact to dhl insider? There is one or two I know.

I asked and got the information that I told , but they are speaking like in code and don't like to say everything in one sentence, so it's not easy to understand are they have this or that in their mind.

You get the refund before getting the order from pack station (A locker with a code where the package is kept). Like amazon thinks that I don't need my ordered package anymore and that's why it's changed to Return to Sender in the tracking information by insider. The Return To Sender thing cancels your order, but you are required to call/write them to get a refund, because it doesn't give you it automatically. After getting the refund from amazon, I go to the pack station and just pick up my ordered package. That's it. That's how I think from the information I gathered. But yeah, it has it's pros and cons.

If you are not able to do this without insdier, what do you nered that knowledge for? Refunder will tell you when you should pick up your package.

I had a bad experience with Amazon's reps, I tried doing a DNA on a 200 euro headset and the rep made an investigation without even explaining the situation but I canceled it because I took it from the pack station locker which has cameras and etc.

Also, I ordered the iPhone already to the reshipping service in Poland. There is no OTP and the recipient will not match to my name or surname who will sign it. In the tracking information the size XS and it weighs 0.39 kg. So I don't know if DNA or EB will work on it.
