If I try to SE a company that sells electronics, where should I tell them I bought the product from and who should I say the seller is (if the product is from Amazon)

!DISCLAIMER! I would suggest you not do it as it is most likely punishable by law where you live. I also do NOT take any responsibility for what you may or may not do. !DISCLAIMER!
Many companies have different policies about how they should respond to trouble with their product. So try to figure out how they respond to this, then from this information do whatever method fits the most.

Best is to find out if they have a 3rd party reseller, and say you bought it from there. If you say Amazon, they'll probably say you'll have to contact Amazon and resolve the problem there. I highly discourage SE'ing, especially for smaller companies since they can't really afford to lose profit.

It's a broad question that cannot be answered definitively without prior knowledge of your Intentions.
What's the company you're Intending to SE? What's the Item(s), Inclusive of It's value? Is It just the one or multiple Items?

Just generate an Amazon receipt, if they tell you to return it to Amazon, tell them that you already tried and they told you to contact the manufacturer.
You will probably end up boxing the company.
