I don't know why but they were asking for verification for an old card I used only once on that account and that was like a month or 2 months ago, I sent them a billing statements from the card I was using to SE and when they responded they told me that didn't match my mastercard ending in xx, the thing is the card I was using to SE was a visa and it didn't end in xx

It seems like their records haven't been updated with the correct details.

I just created a new account (changed my adress a little bit with spelling errors, different phone number and I used a VM + socks5) with the same card I SE'd them and ordered something cheap and the order passed!

I just got charged now so hopefully I will be able to SE them one last time
