When you said "I got this error when I was updating the software", I was under the Impression that It was the latest version. Good to read It's all up and running.

it was this error code and I try to fix it from there support forum and that did not fix the problem.

I've yet to use support forums In 25+ years of computing. Most are a waste of time.

Sometimes a simple uninstall/reinstall can fix the Issue, or opting for another version.
