1.Open Terminal and type

sudo apt-get update

2.Then install Mono

sudo apt-get install mono-complete or sudo apt-get install mono-runtime

3.Download LOIC

4.Now open it ,right click and "Open with mono runtime"
or
mono /directory/LOIC.exe
