I did EB on an iphone 13. The phone came directly from apple (US) Once my refund hits I am planning on selling the phone if I can. I need to make sure it isn't blacklisted. How can i check?

In addition, they at first sent me a replacement iphone instead of a refund, so I am sending back the replacement to get my refund. Would it be stupid to return the originally SE'd phone, and keep the replacement to circumvent any potential blacklisting in the future? Or would they notice that the serial number is different? Thanks

There's every possibility the return "may" be checked, but can't say for sure.

Sell it oversea, IMEI locks are country-based, doubt Apple would bother contacting the police of every country to get it blacklisted worldwide
