If ur IP is static or u r behind the router like this



"192.168.1.2"



This is a static Ip address.



The address given to you by the ISP.



When u go to The "www.myipaddress.com" the site shows u your real IP address.



So u need to match this address by using some DNS provider.

When u got the DNS.You can put that DNS in Your configration Of RAT and ur weapon is ready.





All these are some Hard things to Do.After that U can only send it to some of ur frnds or enemies "for fun".
