Put simply, It means that once the package Is delivered to your address, It becomes your responsibility.

I was also wondering about ordering the other item to replace the PS5. Do I need to have that shipped to a different address(drop house?) and paid for with a VCC? I have a VPN, and luckily live in a half finished neighborhood with a lot of vacant houses. But I’m not sure if I’m overly complicating this.
