I realize this post will be weird considering this forum section usual intents.
I need to refund legitimately an order from a famous clothing online shop and, given their extremely low ratings, I need to make sure they don't screw me over.

- Around 20 days ago I got an order delivered and asked a "famous" SE / Refunder to give it a try. He / She totally ghosted me and refused to give me any update. I have no idea if he attempted anything or not. My guess is that since this store recently started tightening up he screwed up and then proceeded to ghost me.
- Nothing is weird from my account: no refund is initiated and I received no emails whatsoever.

Given the details above as a customer that simply wants to return an order how do I ensure a smooth refund process?
Do I have to take pictures or videos of me sending the package?

Most big retailers' return systems are automatic so just get a return label and send it to them. That's all there is to it.
