If you're refunding from the same company multiple times,
Things to change:
Email
Address
Name
Payment Method (giftcard, prepaid debit...something not attached to your identity)
IP address using a VPN (clear browsing data in your browser too)
Without changing these, they will probably figure out that your just committing mail fraud and then block your address and IP from using their website and placing orders. i was caught years ago from being naive and not changing all of these on amazon.

Well, you could purchase a giftcard for the website you are trying to refund or you could get a prepaid debit card from a local store. Both of these options would not have your real name attached, therefore you could use any name you wanted.
