So what you're gonna wanna do is add a BUTTON and a TEXTBOX. This will be a button that will change the users' name to whatever is in that textbox.

Once you have finished doing the properties and stuff of the button and textbox you're gonna wanna double click the button to get the buttons stub code and in there you will wanna add a very short and simple, yet effective code;

Code:

skype.CurrentUserProfile.FullName = nameTextBox.Text;

ofcourse you will change "nameTextBox" to the name of your textbox..

Then you want to make another button and textbox on the designer but this one will be for mood and ofcourse again, double click the button and add;

skype.CurrentUserProfile.MoodText = moodTextBox.Text;

Now if you want to set your status' you can do so...
In your designer put 4 more buttons and double click them all so you have all the stubs in each one add;

Where you have the enumerator "TUserStatus" you can change it to either;
        cusUnknown = -1,

        cusOffline = 0,
        cusOnline = 1,
        cusAway = 2,
        cusNotAvailable = 3,
        cusDoNotDisturb = 4,
        cusInvisible = 5,
        cusLoggedOut = 6,
        cusSkypeMe = 7,
