I thought I would share this as it can be pretty useful in some cases. This works in casual and a competitive match. Only downside is that you automatically vote no in the vote so it may not work in all cases.

Step 1:

Make sure you have developer's console enabled in your settings, if you do you can open it simply by pressing the ~ key.

Step 2:

Open up the console and type status, it should pull up a list of all the players on the current server. Within that list look for your name and copy the two numbers that come right before the start of your name.

Step 3:

Taking the numbers we got from step 3, type the following text into your console

Code:

callvote kick number1 number2

Step 4:

Now you hope that your teammates are willing to kick you because you automatically vote no against the kick.



It's a pretty easy process but many people don't know how to do it. I hope you enjoyed this short little tutorial.
