Yes i like it and it is quite interesting information. i am new in hacking and know only the basic ideas about hacking. I also want to know that in some movies the hackers hacks the road signals , is it possible to do in real world?

Working for older signs. In 2004 (if I am no wrong) were introduced new road signs. though these ones are still much used, here how to hack the new ones:
there's mainly a pc-like keyboard; a reset button and an LCD contrast controller. there is an admin password that you cannot find unless it is really easy to guess; then a restricted psw which is "Guest" and a default normal password (so no need to enter as a guest) which is "Public" plus "ABCD". You can do main operations (basically changing displayed text) without being admin.
