Surely this depends on the job you're applying for, and what your work experience/hobbies/talents are. It's a bit difficult to write one for you without knowing that information.

its my fresher stage.first time interview so that why i am asking what will be the good script ..

as i mentioned in my resume technical skill : linux , networking and sql.

if they ask for programming i will tell about c# . ottherwise i dont have any interest in programming. i can again focus in linux and networking so i will make my two subject stronger.

i will be revising all these subject quickly.

You'll find that the Introduction will take care of Itself the moment you walk Into the Interview.

In terms of what you should say, It depends on the questions of the Interviewer, whereby they must be answered accordingly, hence It's not possible to plan ahead with precision. Just remember to be confident and maintain eye contact with each conversation.
