How to get a dog #1
Hey does anyone have any tips on buying a dog. I’m looking to get a poodle because I am slightly allergic to dogs but I found that around poodles i am perfectly fine. So I’m lookin to get a poodle but I just don’t like how much some breeders are charging for dogs. If there’s no other options then sure I’ll pay but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas that would greatly be appreciated.

You'd be SEing a single person, in my opinion this is unethical. Unless there's big companies that sell dogs that I don't know about?

Plus I doubt there would be a working method, like would you say a dog didn't arrive?
Anything I say and do here is completely fictional.

Search the locals back gardens and once you find one, put it inside a bag and walk off

Those are also really good options but are they still hypoallergenic?

You should go to the shelter, Plenty of dogs there that need a home. Im sure you can find a hypoallergenic dog.

Doodles are a good hypo or less allergenic option for sure. The main thing about poodles though is that they're damn smart and can be a handful unless you really commit to training. Not to dissuade you from getting a pet of course, but make sure you do your research if you go with a cross breed too. A poodle/pug is going to be a lot different from a poodle/border collie. Anyway, it's just my two cents and generalizing of course. Training and raising a dog is super fun! But yeah, check out your local shelters and dog groups so you can have support, even if you go with a breeder. If you do choose a purebred make sure that you go with a reputable breeder. Kijiji's swamped with "purebreds" that are accidental puppies from people who are too irresponsible to get their dog fixed and want some quick cash.

doodles are not as hypoallergenic as poodles, a standard poodle is a great dog, easily trainable, very few breed specific diseases, and very hypoallergenic. The only way to be sure of a dog breed is through a breeder unfortunately
