How to get IP????

Suppose I want to use the software Prorat on a victim. But, in order to do so, I need the current IP address of the victim. How can I get the IP address of the victim? Can somebody help me out? Sad

with CMD..
start --run --CMD -- ping www.victim.com !!

Find someones IP address. Send them a link,when they click the link, it email you their IP address.

What is their IP? Find it out using http://grabtheirip.com
