Follow this instructions carefully.......
make sure that you do not space in-between db/.Apple and use capital letters where specified

• Reboot
  
  
• hold + s down till after the chime sound u hear from ur computer
  
  
• when u get text prompt enter in these terminal commands to creat a brand new account(hitting return after each line)
  
  
• mount-uw/
  
  
• rm/var/db/.AppleSetupDone
  
  
• shutdown -h now
  
  
  after rebooting u should have a brand new admin account
  
  
  
  notice this for mac os x only.....

this how to create admin to overwrite the existing one.....come to think of it yhu just be killing two birds with one stone..
overwriting admin...bypassing old admin password....

If you've created another admin account I believe that should also give you access to the existing admin account... maybe not, not sure.
