How to SE a Cube Tracker 04-24-2020, 10:15 AM

Quarantine has granted me some free time and while I haven't really been SEing during it, I want to give out a quick method I did on a tracker product a while ago. I wish to see more people SEing / warranty exploiting in the forum rather than the common refund threads.
"Cube Tracker" is a tracker device for if you lose your wallet, bag, or purse. You can check it's location via the app on your phone.
Website: https://cubetracker.com/
How to SE:
1. Contact them via email telling them that your cube tracker is not working; no sound, no LEDs and it is not connecting to the app.
2. They will reply with troubleshooting, continue with it until they accept that your device is defective. They may ask you to change the battery, say that you will and "do" so.
3. They will ask you for proof of purchase, this is where your SE skills come into play. Go ahead and generate a fake POP or say that you received the item as a gift.
4. They will then ask for your mailing address in which, I suggest you use a drop, like you would for all your other SEs and you should receive your Cube Tracker!
A very simple and basic SE. This can be used on other products of the kind.
