Alright so what you'll need is
Universal Theme Patcher
Win7 Orb Changer
Take Ownership addon

You'll also need a theme, the one I used it noche
Explorer Frame.dll
Theme files

So first what you are going to want to do is open up universal theme patcher

Once you've opened that you are going to hit patch, mine has it darkened out since I have already patched my files.

Next, you are going to want to move the theme files onto your c drive
(Move to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes)

Last, you are going to need to move the ExplorerFrame.dll onto your c drive (Move to C:\Windows\System32). Before you move it you are going to want to install "Take Ownership" once you've done that move the new Explorer fame and allow it to be renamed to ExplorerFrame(2).dll Now once you've move it, take ownership of the original .dll

Once you've taken ownership of the file, rename it to ExplorerFrame.old.dll

Then rename the second .dll file and remove the (2) so it becomes ExplorerFrame.dll


After you have moved all the files your computer will require a restart to update the changes.

If you'd like you can also change you your windows 7 start orb. You'll need to download an orb. I'm using Token Styled Orb

First you're going to open Win7 orb changer

Then select the orb you'd like to use, open it in the program and it should change the orb.

Some themes require the change of the Explorer.exe in the windows folder. To change that just follow the same steps as the ExplorerFrame.dll. You may also need to take ownership of the Explorer.exe in order to change you start orb.
