This isn't 100% success, only sometimes did I manage to get a gift card. They may want to speak with you on the phone, or not. And they may just send you a complimentary coupon.

Tell them you were on your way to your sister/brother/mother/father/whatever's house and you stopped by Starbucks with your family. You guys bought some food and drinks and afterwards your stomachs started hurting so you guys had to stop and take a break somewhere because it hurt too much. Mention the value of the order and talk about what you guys got like the milk in the fraps or something. Then talk about how you guys all love Starbucks and are loyal customers and know that they always offer the highest quality which is why you don't know what happened. Make them want to give you the coupons or gift card. Wait for them to reply back and you're done.[/hide]
