Reverse proxy would do the job but if you can manage to enter their network devices u can create a VPN and connect from home to school network

I also don't get the question. Are you trying to use a proxy on a school computer?

You can just buy yourself something called a turtleLan and the make it a reverse proxy.

Setup up your desktop with polipo proxy installed (setup a username and password for auth, you dont want an open proxy on your home internet 
)
Get curl to update your dynamic dns using a urlapi with cron every hour or so. (https://www.noip.com/integrate/request)
Forward the proxy port through your router.
Finally enter the auth details and set the domain and port as the proxy in your browser.
