But how should i learn it?
Ive got some videos of C++ Learnings.
or should i contact a institute or a tutor?

Yes I suggest you hit a libarian over the head, for you may get to reading a few books and what not... C++ is fairly complicated but as you progress it will get easier.

Ill tell you now if you are not committed to really learning about it, don't even take on the challenge here

^ This. Also get a good book. The C++ Primer 6th edition came out recently. Learn C++ in 21 Days is pretty good. I have heard many a programmer say that reading online tutorials is not really the best (or to quote:"one of the worst/the worst") way to learn a programming language. I will trust their words and only recommend a collection of tangible pieces of paper, commonly referred to as a book my friend.

I that's quite rude thing to say. It's like when you come to a shop wanting to buy a banana and they force you a watermelon instead.

If he wants to learn C++, let him learn C++. What do you know, maybe he needs specifically C++ for something, maybe he already knows C#. Or why won't you tell him to learn Pascal instead, because it might be even simpler?

Assuming he asked something that couldn't be answered by looking a bit around and noticing the C++ section on the forums, I think that answer to actual question should be given, instead of "don't do this, do something else". Let him decide.

if you're just starting i recommend you to learn c first, it happens there is a really good book(personal experience) "head first c" it has really awesome approaches like using metacognition(psychological teaching) so you won't get bored/fed up when you're reading(really helpful especially for beginners who tend to give up easily) it really detailed in every chapter + some awesome td about arduino and opencv practices.
coming to c++ the list is really long so i'm gonna mention those i personally know which are :
-"object-oriented programming in c++ 4th edition" by "robert laflore"(imo 1 of the best).
-"problem solving with c++ 7th or 8th edition"(if you can find it) by "Walter J. Savitch"(awesome 1 too)
and finally the "absolute c++ 5th edition" by " addison wesley".
that's it i hope this would help you out
