How risky is it to ship to vacant houses? #1
So I’ve read about doing this and it seems to be safe however I’m only 19 and I live in a neighborhood we’re people are 40+ and think that if you are just walking with a hoodie your suspicious so if they see me go get a package from a vacant house they’ll call 911 in a heartbeat. Also if there is a sign that says the house is for sale or vacant will they still deliver to it?

Actually Seal thats a pretty good idea. No one is gonna be out after dark looking around so it would be a amazing time to go.

I've had packages (for legit purposes), delivered to my home with a for sale sign. It doesn't change the fact that the occupant(s), still own the house.

What if they notice the door lock (I dont know what it's called but the one the seller of the house puts on once they leave)

I don't think the door lock will matter. In my experience so far, i know FedEx will not deliver to houses that have a foreclosed paper on the window/door. They will report that the house is vacant and ship the item back to the sender.

Be selective with your choice of house.

There are many vacated homes that have the appearance of occupancy.
