DNA it again if possible. This would take place in about a month, Would it be dumb to DNA amazon again using the same address and visa this quickly

If both accounts are linked, expect a lockout/closure.

Either change every Identifiable detail on the second account, or use a different method on the first one, preferably with a legit purchase In between the SEs.
