A lot of these VCC companies will let you change your address.  Also if your orders are typically under $500, you can get a prepaid and set/edit the address too. As for delivery, you can give the lockers a try or find a drop nearby .

Unfortunately it seems Europe is kinda pissy about faking payment details, Revolut (the easiest VCC option here) still ties all your c*rds to your main account's details, which is validated by both your ID  and by eventually shipping the physical to it

Revolut is fine, i use it for every Se and i haven't any problems also changing every single detail.
For the european privacy laws, Amazon can't know the real user behind the VCC and the only possible way to find it is with a police investigation.
If you SE correctly, is very very difficult to trigger it.
