How many people face this issue in there laptop? #1
My laptop is Asus rog g (gaming laptop)

and sometime i face issue like Fn+ brighthness key not working + we cannot shutdown the light . first thing it not a hardware problem . problem is with windows .

i think all asus user face this problem .asus make good design but as always fail in there software makng .

it always fix after restart the pc . now i update the tool which control all light etc

yes sometime this error come and doesn;t let us to control bright of display nor rgb light button called fn+ in simple word it disable button shortcut if this error comeup it only fix by updating or restart pc .

now i will join there forum and tell all problem like i am still facing wifi one yesterday it was gone whole day than next day again comes up . sometime i want to reset mean want factory reset as i buy it i want same ...

At times, the OEM software can be responsible for losing functionality.

Simply uninstalling & reinstalling It, Is worth trying.

This has gone on far too long.

As already mentioned, perform a factory reset and be done with It.

This has gone on far too long.

As already mentioned, perform a factory reset and be done with It.

reset mean i only only get my win 10 as new one as i got delivered by them ? or it will only formate my drive ? Zipped Zipped

If you choose "Remove everything", It will do exactly that- your files, apps and settings will be removed.

On the other hand, "Keep my files" removes all the above except your personal files.

Correct.

If you choose "Remove everything", It will reset to the manufacturer/factory state.

i will not remove everything i just need to deafault windows 10 if i remove everything my all big programs like visual studio and emulator all will be earse i just want my firsst time booted windows as set by the manufacture. Sleepy Sleepy

This Is somewhat confusing.

If It's reset as per the manufacturer's state, It will remove everything that you've Installed and configured.
