PR requests are fairly rare, for that amount you might be asked to sign an affavadit at most.

Amazon Is known to request a PR for goods of that value or less.

I've been asked to file one for a 50$ Item. My point Is, It can happen for products of just about any value.

for 50 dollars, wow. Only had it once for high value ebay eb.
Dont deal much with amazon these days.
