I failed the refund,and my ebay account was banned

I was able to make a new one, but I want to go stealth instead of being attached to , my address

How do I refund? Ftid and empty box are the only methods I can think of, dna doesn't with ebay they see the tracking and that's it

Also @mothered if I'm too poor to get a new device but I change everything else would. I be OK? Also should. I use the same PayPal account? I don't think I should, ebay use managed payments now but i want to appear as a completely new user

I read PayPal account refunds are a lot faster , about 24 hours, while debit takes 3 to 5 days,

I read that for eBay, an empty box claim would require a police report, I think it depends on the value but for a worthwhile item e.g an iPhone it would defo be required

They are coming to pick up the item, I will give it to them so I can start afresh, problem is how can. I make sure when I give them the item they don't lie and say "you sent back something else"?

However I understand, that another person could impersonate me, especially since the item wasn't signed for. However ebay don't care, previously sellers would send empty packages to buyers on ebay and it would be marked as "delivered "

Hence why ftid works since it will say the item has been "delivered"

Thanks, I'm going to return the item legitimately and get my. Money back, the courier will collect it but they don't even give any exact time
