Trying to get a new luggage set or just a single check-in size suitcase. Doesn't have to be top-tier but at least a decent one. What companies should look at that I can do a DNA?

I'd try Samsonite. Great quality, expensive, and doesn't say anything about buyer being responsible for delivery.

I did warranty method on B3ntley luggage a while back. It was an ultra halfhearted attempt and I literally said something like "the wheels are squeaking and I can't get them to stop" and they compensated me with a $200 gift card somehow.

A word of warning, samsonite has a return fee, $15.
If they ship a replacement and you do a return, it's going to cost at least that.
Not sure if it's $15 per item for a whole set.

In Europe is free the return, maybe you can say that the wheels doesn't work well and you want to return the product and that would be free.
