For me at least, when I first started SE'ing and I wanted VCC's I didn't know how/where to get them. I'm making this thread so everyone knows where to get them.

What your going to need:

• A form of payment(any of the following):
  • Bitcoin(recommended)
    
  • QIWI
    
  • Yandex.Money
    
  • Steam skins(not recommended rates are terrible)
    
  • Alipay
    
  • Unionpay
    
  • Internet Banking
    
• Brain.exe
  

Method

If you need a small amount of bitcoin, you can either buy legit(requires ID and CC), or if you can't or don't want to you can just ask around in discords and forums or use Virwox- however, the rates on Virwox are pretty bad so I don't recommend this.

1. Go to plati.ru
   
2. Navigate to debit cards
   
3. Find your desired amount, then buy using your desired payment option.
   • Make sure to check the description and make sure it's for the right country.
     
4. That's it. You'll get an email with the VCC

It's also great for online payments, namely when dealing with merchants who're new and/or have a small online presence.

A few questions:
1. Should you use vpn when making it and everything, because like when company charges vcc, they dont go after you?
2. Would it be safe to use it multiple sites ( not more than once on one site)?
3. What about vcc from yandex?

1. Always use a VPN or a proxy, just to be as safe as possible.
2. If there is remaining balance on the VCC you should be able to use it on multiple sites.

Most sites check if there is some small balance? And btw you dont need russian phone number, well you didnt need while i was using those
