Probably the most easier way of doing it is to install and run Windows using bootcamp, that way you don't have to worry about the complexities of virtualisation software. Now that Microsoft has launched Windows 10, that means you can run Windows 10 and OS X on the same MacBook, iMac, Mac mini or MacBook Pro.
You can install Windows on a separate partition of your hard drive using the built-in Boot Camp. This way you will be able to boot your OS X device directly into Windows 10. Alternatively you can install Windows on a virtual machine such as Virtual Box which is free to use.
I would recommend that you run on Bootcamp as the performance is better as the OS can use the hardware directly and won't slow down like it can using a VM.

- OK. How do I install?
Boot Camp will take the Windows ISO file you downloaded and create a boot disk that can be used to install Windows on your Mac. Once you have everything you need open the bootcamp assistant ticking the following boxes: [] Create a Windows 10 install Disk, [] Install Windows 10.
Then you need to insert your USB stick and select the Windows 10 ISO file that you downloaded before. After this, Bootcamp will install Windows 10 onto your USB. When this is complete you will need to partition your hard drive. If you do not do this you will not be able to install Windows 10.
The recommended minimum is 20GB, but 30GB or more is better. Windows 10 the OS itself will take up a lot of space. If you have a large hard disk, give as much space as you can. You will now be able to click install and Windows 10 will begin installing.
This may take a while depending on your hard drive speed, if you have 5400RPM. Don't worry if it restarts over and over, that is normal.
Once it has finished installing, you should now be able to boot into Windows 10, if not it will simply boot install OS X. If there is a problem and it does not boot, hold the alt/option key at boot and select the Windows 10 partition. Next you will need to following the on-screen instruction to install Windows and enter the product key(You can skip this part, but you won't be able to use some features until it is active).
Finally, you will need to locate and install the Bootcamp drivers that should be on your USB stick. Find them and run the setup.exe file to install them. And that is it, you have install Windows 10!
someone with no history is nothing but suspicious.
