I want to tell you about my little success story. I'm currently testing a lot and have read everywhere how easy it is to get a refund at Nike. So I tested the statements and for my part I can confirm you that the following method works well (for Germany, no guarantee).

I ordered Nike Air Force 1 for 129 dollar. My account was fresh, no history, not blacklisted. I deliberately ordered only one pair of shoes because I wanted it to look legit. After the shoes arrived (didn't have to sign anything), I waited 3 days and then contacted support.

There I told them that the order never arrived. The employee didn't faff around and refunded me the sneakers in minutes. Done.

I guess Nike has an internal amount where they refund immediately. Exactly I do not know this but I suspect up to 200 dollar. Maybe someone knows better than me?

All in all, it was very easy.
