House Search 10-15-2022, 10:19 PM

I had a police house search. My wife was accused of buying 90 grams of cocaine. The bag was confiscated at the post office with her address.
They searched the whole house. All 3 floors but they found no drugs. We also never took anything.
They also found several sims and smartphones. They took these as an "additional find" and my notebook. I had on several pieces of paper access data to bred accounts. They also found refund instructions on the notebook.
They now suspect me of being a commodity fraudster and a higher authority will now decide how to proceed.
Does anyone have tips how I can save myself from such a situation? They can see everything.
My wife will probably be rather lucky. Nevertheless, is it at all allowed that they confiscate all the items as an "additional find"? I mean, originally it was about narcotics (proceedings against my wife and not me) and not about goods fraud.
