I'm on a mission to move away from threads of just Amazon refunding(nothing wrong with that, just some diversity). As some of you may know, I moved from my old residential services company and before I left I wanted to get a lil something back for the shitty service. Got my last 2 bills zeroed.

To be fair, I didn't even have to do much of anything. The first manager neglected the case and the recent had to make up for it tbh.
