It's cool. I like that someone is renovating it instead of leaving it abandoned.
There are a lot of abandoned buildings in my country and it's just awful to look at.

A very good move Indeed.

On a somewhat different note, many years ago In my locality a prison was closed for good and not too long after, It was open for public viewing. I attended and enjoyed every minute- just to see the conditions and how the prisoners were held captive.

It's good to repurpose old sites. Lots of opportunities in places like that! I've seen an old asylum community turned into a really pleasant residential area with a little building for the history of it.
