To be a little a more specific I bought the TV with a sound system - once they both arrived I returned the sound system legit and did ftid on the TV. Tracking showed both as delivered - i took my time, contacted them again a month later and told them I returned both and got my refund for the sound system but haven't gotten it for the TV - they immediately processed it.

Did it again 2 weeks ago, ftid is delivered, but this time without sound system. I'll wait 1 - 2 weeks more and tell em where my money at ? ;-)

Quoting myself: As mentioned I did it again and got my refund today. Easy Peasy. Did FTID, item showed as delivered - took my sweet time and chatted them up. Rep saw its delivered and advised I'd wait a few more days allowing them time to process returns and if I dont get my refund i should contact them again. Contacted again, and got my refund issued no questions asked.
