As of now 6K - FTID. It was a 60" TV.

That's quite a feat, usually FTID fails as I understand. Also SE'ing large items like a TV is not easy as you are very limited in your method.

To be a little a more specific I bought the TV with a sound system - once they both arrived I returned the sound system legit and did ftid on the TV. Tracking showed both as delivered - i took my time, contacted them again a month later and told them I returned both and got my refund for the sound system but haven't gotten it for the TV - they immediately processed it.

Did it again 2 weeks ago, ftid is delivered, but this time without sound system. I'll wait 1 - 2 weeks more and tell em where my money at ? ;-)
