Reccomend good high school type animes!!

[Oni]

Haven't seen any with highschools in a while, though Fate/stay night did briefly. Last one I saw that was focused on highschool was probably The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I'd also recommend Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu, which a pretty good intro to the Full Metal Panic series.

Some of Highschool animes with Slice of Life/Romance/ Comedy Genre:

• Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen (On-Going)
It's currently airing so you might have to wait for a week for new episodes to come, but it's a complete a hit this season.

• Domestic no Kanojo (On-Going)
Despite it's hypnosis being completely fucked up, it has a great storyline. Though personally, I am not much satisfied with the anime adaptation.

• Nisekoi (Completed)
A Dense MC surrounded by over-cute waifus. The perfect comedy/ echhi anime for refreshment.

• Clannad(Completed)
The Hyped-up tear jerker anime series.

• Bunny-Girl Senpai (Completed)
It was the most hyped up series for fall of 2018 season.

  Spoiler:

You shouldn't be expecting a cute, sexy Bunny Girl though

• Boarding school juliet (Completed)
A modern adaptation based on the theme of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

• Another (Completed)
  A horror/psychological highschool based anime.

Full Metal Panic is not bad at all I think. It's a good choice to start.

highschool of the dead loll

'Mob Psycho 100' is Shonen with school life elements but it's probably my #2 current favorite anime, so I have to recommend even though it has super powers. 'Kaguya-sama Love is War' is a comedy-romance thing but it's very good too. As for just straight up high school slice of life 'Domestic Girlfriend' is pretty good as well.

All of the listed anime are currently airing so if you want a finished anime these probably aren't for you.
