So no refund… BUT, they wanted me to file a pr because of the value of the item and they believe that the driver delivered the package at the right place even if he never gave it to me in the first place. So now I got a pr, and hopefully they will give me a refund if I push my statement of NOT receiving the package manually and call them once in a while.

I filed the pr and they put it under a case of theft, now I called up amazon and one of the representatives are saying the investigation of the police has to be done in order for them to file a refund or a replacement. Should I bail or just keep hitting up amazon until one representative gives me what I want.
