Your link doesn't work for me. It says "La risorsa richiesta è accessibile qui" (don't know what that means)
Why did you convert your batch file to an exe? The batch file should be compatible to every Windows version and it will be less suspicious as you can see the code.

Yeah, you can download by clicking on "qui".
Anyhow I had made this a bit earlier than when I posted it. I uploaded the zip with just the exe as didn't thought there would be problems of compatibility but then I'm just to upload also the batch.

For me at one doesn't work?
It is impossible to hide the file under the picture.
I will be very grateful if explain as to make the file under the picture.

You can only hide archives. I wrote about it under the "howto" and when trying to hide ("Choose the archive to hide: "). maybe I should have said so also in the thread but I thought that saying to read the howto would be fine.
