How do you know they're requesting a receipt If you haven't spoken with anyone?

Yeah just nvm i went to this one support page where it said send receipt and stuff but it wasnt the right place. I finally started se'ing now with a free sn i found on v3rm im still waiting for their response but thanks for trying to help me and i send u a pm about a sn i need.

It seems like a bit of a mess.
