Can't you just cut a small piece of an unboxing video? As long as it's not that HQ and doesn't look that profesionally recorded it should be fine.

Just sold mine that I got from Logitech otherwise I would. They didn't ask for any video/photo evidence.
Just blag it if you can't get a video, eventually they will break and just send you a replacement

If the video Is required for replacement/refund purposes, just keep sending corrupted files.
To appear as though you're making a genuine effort In fulfilling their request, keep changing the file format.
