I'm a bit hesitant to send them as I'm not sure if they're trying to catch me out here. I mean, the photos I sent were pretty clear. I replied back to the email saying that the last time I handled the product I hurt myself and don't feel comfortable handling it again and reiterated that the evidence I sent through already should be more than clear. But they seemed to just disregard that email and just insist that I send through more photos.
Should I send more photos or stick to the excuse that I've now used?
I can show what I've sent (if that's allowed)
You could keep on sending them what they are requesting although id personally just send them a harshly worded email mentioning the consumer rights act 2015 (use an equivalent if you are not in the UK) and their responsibility to deliver a product that is fit for use.
Some websites that I've successfully smashed bottle below.
https://www.fenwick.co.uk/
https://www.fragrancedirect.co.uk/
https://www.thefragranceshop.co.uk/
https://www.sephora.co.uk/ (took ages and their emailing ticket service is shit)
https://www.justmylook.com/
https://www.libertylondon.com/
https://www.endclothing.com
What did you SE from libertylondon? they only do expensive perfume it seems like. Also ,did they require pictures or just straight refund based on your word the perfumes were broken?
£90 bottle of perfume and they wanted images. They use WhatsApp support so you can get it done pretty quickly.
